Can emails be lost during migration?
No, if the migration is properly prepared. We start with a full audit of your current mailbox, export everything, verify integrity, then switch over while keeping the old mailbox active during a buffer period. No email is lost if we follow the right process.
Why do my emails sometimes end up in spam?
In the vast majority of cases, it’s a DNS configuration issue — SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records are missing or incorrect. These three mechanisms allow receiving mail servers to verify that your email actually comes from you. Without them, your messages are treated as suspicious. It’s one of the first things we check during any deployment.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — which one to choose?
Both are excellent and the choice depends on your context. If your staff already use Word, Excel and PowerPoint daily, Microsoft 365 is the natural choice — the integration is seamless. If you want simplicity, accessibility from any device, and a slightly lower cost, Google Workspace is often the better fit. We help you choose after understanding your real usage patterns.
Does Microsoft 365 back up my data?
No. Microsoft 365 only retains deleted items for 30 days. Beyond that, they are permanently lost. OneDrive syncs your files, but if you delete a file and the sync runs, it disappears everywhere.
